Choosing the design of your liking with options can be overwhelming if you don't have the time to educate yourself on what products you actually need, many dealers are not trained/educated or specialized in required facets of building trades. They typically have never installed the products they are selling. Especially watch out for people labeling themselves as "designers." 

I am an educated designer with an architectural design degree, a craftsman with years of hands on experience, and able to produce professional blue prints of designs, used as construction documents. Can a dealer or "designer" produce professional construction documents? I will literally shop the top name manufactures with you personally and explain them in layman terms so you understand exactly what you are buying and to make sure the dealers are knowledgable and forthright up front. Once you've purchased the products best suited for your situation we then professionally design your ideas around it, using state of the art CAD technologies in harmony with your contractor, other trades, or myself as your project hands on contractor. At every step necessary, governed by the International Building Code or IRC. CAD is the ONLY way I accurately estimate the cost and timeframe of your complete project.

Step 2: 

Depending on your final design, I can build and install your/our creation, literally, anything we can conceive, dream, or budget, I can make a reality! Design is the most important step to make sure all utilities, and customizations are installed safely, accurately, and within budget.

Step 3: 

One of the most important steps is the final set up, testing, and fine tuning of the products. This requires detailed adjustments, fine tuning of systems, set by the manufacturer. Believe it or not, for example, altitude can significantly affect how well and efficient your products age and operate. These adjustments are best left to experienced professionals.
